• Renovation calculator: Space type, area, and scope selections — processed entirely in your browser. We do not receive or store this data unless you explicitly submit a quote request.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type — used for security and service improvement only.

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. (our hosting provider), a US-based company with servers in AWS data centres. Netlify is SOC 2 Type II certified and employs industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

Our website is delivered exclusively over HTTPS. All communications between your browser and our site are encrypted.

We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted unless we have a legal obligation to retain it longer.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data with:

• Netlify — hosting and form processing
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics only
• Legal authorities — only if required by law
